Chapter 8

“The crowd goes wild folks!  Graham Whittaker has won the championship!”

“Come here championship athlete,” his girlfriend said warmly as she took his hands.

They had been dating nearly six months and Graham still loved looking at her and listening to her speak.

“Graham I was thinking of what you said the other night,” She began.

“After the first or the second time?” he lifted a single eyebrow at her playfully.

“Oh my gosh!  Can you be serious for two seconds?” She burst out laughing.  “If you must know it was between the first and the second.”

Graham wiggled his eyebrows at her again.  “Cannot resist my smooth moves in the bedroom can you my love?”

Siobhan ignored him and continued, “Graham, I think I’m ready to move in with you.  I know that changes my long term plans, but I really have enjoyed the times I’ve been able to wake up next to you.  I want to be part of what you’re doing out there in Oasis Springs.”

“Oh my gosh!  Siobhan! You’ve made me so happy!” he pulled her close and kissed her deeply.  “When can we move your stuff in?  I’m sure Paulo and Marcus will help.”

“My Dad will help too.  So that’s four strong guys and me!  It shouldn’t take more than a few hours this weekend when I have off!”

The next several months passed quickly for the happy couple.  Siobhan eventually got to meet Graham’s gardening pride and joy.  Dolly.

“Ugh, I’m not sure he wouldn’t rather date you ya nasty heffer!”

Dolly jingled her bell playfully.  Siobhan couldn’t resist and tickled her behind her horns.

“Ok, I can see why he likes you.”

Dolly jingled happily.

First Masterpiece!

While Graham continued to paint, collect fossils, tend his garden and sell frogs he found around the neighborhood, Siobhan continued her path on her career.  She was hoping to be promoted soon.

She left for work each morning with a smile on her face.  She really had enjoyed the transition out to Oasis Springs.  She was a long commute each day but she had learned to fill that time with motivational and career building podcasts!

She felt confident that soon she’d have something new to share with Graham.

A/N: This is the only chapter you’ll see Dolly in, unfortunately I couldn’t trust the non-controlled sims around her, so I deleted her the first time she “ate” Siobhan.  Siobhan really did LOVE her though and played with her all the time.  But I was out collecting with Graham once and came back to find a “drained” Siobhan.  I literally screamed at my monitor!  Graham (or rather I) decided then  and there that his poor Dolly who’d been company for so long had to go if she was endangering his family.

  1. Wow! Bad Dolly! You don’t eat your owner’s lover! I had one experience with a cowplant. Yes they’re fun to play with, but they’re not when they eat Sims. Thank god Siobhan was spat out! Next time I get a cowplant, I’ll put it behind a locked gate and fence.

    • I agree!!! Cathyteas idea about the locked gate is fantastic then you can make sure they are fed but no one can be lured in by the cake when you aren’t looking!! 👍🏻

    • Thank you!!! I wasn’t sure if I should use the screenshot comments for ‘asides to the readers’ or not but I figured what the heck!!

  2. I’m so glad they moved in together as they are really a cute couple.

I don’t blame you for deleting Dolly due to the fact that you have non controlled sims on the lot. Accidents can happen and I was never a big fan of the cowplant since Sims 2.

  3. Poor Dolly! She just needed a locked fence. I’m so glad she moved in with him. It’s funny the way you write it it seems like it’s been such a long period of time.
